New York City might be called the city that never sleeps, I think it's got some heavy competition from London. Dinner, drinks, pre-parties, parties, after-parties...you just never know when the night really ends.
Yesterday night was one of those nights.
Being invited at my friend Tommy's house in Lorraine Road, Emma and I made our way through the rain, to enjoy the warm, Spanish welcome by Tommy. A successful night! Drinks, appetizers and music everywhere and some people definitely surprised me with their drinking capabilities (who might now be suffering from a severe headache).

The reason behind all this coffee? The fact that Emma and I decided it would be better to stay awake until our early morning breakfast than to go to sleep for a few hours. I wouldn't advise you to do this if you have to be productive the next day, but apart from that...it was great! We fought the fatigue until 7.30, where we eventually were forced to give in to the passing of the minutes. A very quick power-nap can do miracles, and off we went to the Breakfast Club in Hoxton, Rufus Street. All of this, was definitely worth it!
